Bangla Font Problems Solution

Having difficulty seeing Bangla fonts in your Computer or Mobile?

Solution for your Problem is Here.

Follow these simple steps to see Bangla fonts in your Desktop and Web browsers.

Step 1. Download Avro (Keyboard) Software. To Download Software now Click Here.

Step 2. Install the software.

Step 3: Restart you Computer now.

Step 4: Download SolaimanLipi and AdorshoLipi bangla font.

Step 5: Install these fonts by simply Copy-Pasting these to C:\Windows\Fonts folder.

Step 6: Run the Avro Software and go to Avro Settings>Font Fixer:Set default Bangla font.

Step 7: Select SolaimanLipi or  AdorshoLipi or Siyam Rupali and click on FIX IT button.

Step 8: Restart your Computer.

Now You have to configure your browsers to see Bangla fonts.

As Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the two widely used browsers therefore the ways of configuring these two browsers are showed.

Configuring Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click Firefox Button>Options (in newer versions) or Tools>Options (in older versions).

 

2. A new window will pop up. Click on Content Tab.

3. Select Default font to SolaimanLipi. Then Click the Advance button.

4.  A new window will pop up again. Set all the values same as the screenshot below . 

    

     Then click OK. Click OK on the previous window to finish configuration.

 

Refresh or Restart Mozilla Firefox Browser. Hope now you can see Bangla in your Firefox browser. 

Configuring Google Chrome:

1. Click Option>Settings.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Show Advanced Settings link.

 

3. After clicking that link go further down to find the view like the screenshot below . 

    Click on Customise fonts... button.

 4. A new window will pop up again. Set all the values same as the screenshot below . 

     Then click Done. Click the save button after configuring.

Refresh or Restart Google Chrome. Hope now you can see Bangla in your browser.

Follow these steps to see Bangla fonts in your Mobile Phone.

1. Make sure Opera mini is installed on your Mobile Phone.

 Otherwise go to the website of Opera and download the right version of Opera mini that is suitable for you mobile device.

2. Install and Run Opera mini.

3. Write opera:config in the address bar of the browser.

4. Go down to find “Use bitmap fonts for complex scripts”,  if "No" is selected then make it “Yes” and click on “Save”.

You are done. Now you can see Bangla properly in your mobile.
